Adult Bible Study
Join us for Bible study on Tuesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. Our fall study on Paul’s letter to the Romans will begin on Tuesday, September 25th. For more information please contact pastor Jen.

New Members Class
Our new members class Becoming the Body invites us to discover what it means to be a member of Christ’s body, of the Presbyterian U.S.A. and of Unionville Presbyterian Church. We will talk about who we are, what we believe and the importance of membership. At the end of the class there will be an invitation to become a member at UPC. This class however is not limited to “new members.” Everyone is encouraged to attend. Not only is this a good time to renew your mind but you can build new relationships and share your perspective. Becoming the Body is a one time class offered on a Sunday from 1-5pm. Classes are scheduled once in the fall and once in the spring. Please contact pastor Jen for upcoming dates.

Confirmation Class
Confirmation class is process in which those in 9th grade and above explore their journey of faith and growth in Christ. Its purpose is to prepare our young people for their confirmation as full communing members of the church. During this class we will be using William H. Willimon’s Making Disciples. Each student will be paired with a mentor and read through the Gospel of Luke as well as participate in some other learning activities. Other time will be spent with Pastor Jen learning about what it means to become part of the body of Christ as a member in a congregation of the PCUSA. Classes begin each winter based on the number of eligible teens wishing to participate. Please contact Pastor Jen for more information.
