Connecting

L.I.F.E GROUPS

God never intended for us to live life alone but to do life together in community. The biblical purpose of connecting is to provide the opportunity for people to be in deeper relationship with one another. Our family of faith has embarked on an exciting journey as we connect in L.I.F.E groups. L.I.F.E stands for Living In Faith Everyday. In these L.I.F.E Groups (a.k.a. small groups) our community will be transformed.

Anyone can be a part of a L.I.F.E. group. There is always an open seat (or two or three) for friends. You do not need to be a member of UPC. The group is open to anyone and you are encouraged to invite a friend to join with you! A good time to join is in the first or second week of a new study (although a spot is always available).

How do we get started?

Become part of our LIFE together! Groups are now meeting!

Over the past five year’s the Unionville Presbyterian Church has held an annual Strawberry Festival the first Saturday in June. The community is invited to share in this fellowship event along with the congregation. There are games for the children, hot dogs, baked goods and plenty of strawberries and ice cream. The past two years we have been blessed with the sounds of Summit Hill Blue Grass
Band. The main event each year has been the theme basket auction. In 2007, we had over 30 theme baskets donated by the congregation with themes ranging from kids beach baskets to chocolate lovers to tool time.
